SQL Server Engineer at New York

Job Description

A client of ours in San Antonio, Texas is looking forSQL Server Engineerfor acontract opportunity. Qualified candidates will have the following qualifications:

• Candidate must have at least 10 years of experience with SQL Server, proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server 2005/ 2008/2012 and all its products and features, such as Analysis Services, SSIS, Reporting Services, Replication and SQL
• Must have ability to work independently and as a team member on problem analysis, new products assessment, have aptitude for fast learning and good communication skills.
• Development skills and experience with T-SQL, SSIS, PowerShell scripting are a must.
• Knowledge of MDX, ASP and .NET is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of Windows OS, Performance monitoring components
• Troubleshooting skills are essential
