LOOKING FOR A TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITY IN A DYNAMIC GROWTH SECTOR?

We are looking for an experienced engineering leader to lead dynamic projects on several high-profile military aircraft platforms. The Military Global Support Sector is a $200M + segment of our Aircraft group, and has an enormous impact on the bottom line of our business. You can expect to be instrumental in driving the establishment of the global support processes and strategy to support depot startup. There will be exciting challenges along the way that well rely on you to leverage your technical expertise to help us overcome.

• Be the technical lead between the business strategy and the test equipment execution teams
• Youll be interacting directly with our customers to assist in establishing their processes and recommending sound solutions to their dynamic challenges
• Determine the team demand, relative priorities and ROI of all related projects

The desired background to be successful in this role includes:

A BS degree in Engineering (we prefer an advanced degree) with a depth of understanding achieved through experience in the development and support of complex electrohydraulic, electromechanical, or electropneumatic servomechanisms. In addition, you must have a proven record of project leadership and the ability to influence others. We will be expecting that you have at least 5 years of related experience in a similar role.
