Front Desk Coordinator / Medical Biller at Niagara Falls

Job Description

 

Medical office seeks a motivated Front Desk Coordinator / Medical Biller for our Center at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center located in Niagara Falls, NY 14302.  As an integral player on the multi-disciplinary team you will be responsible for the scheduling, registering and billing of patients.



The Front Desk Coordinator / Medical Biller will be responsible for the following:


  • Scheduling, utilizing hospital software/ systems.
  • Booking appropriately based on time, staffing, equipment and supplies.
  • Registration of patients and confirm data with the patient and or responsible party.
  • Verification of insurance and financial information.
  • Coordinate all billing information with our corporate office.
  • Complies strictly to our core values (respect, integrity, compassion and excellence) with patients, fellow employees, physicians, vendors and volunteers.
  • Answering telephones and greeting patients.

    Monday through Friday.

    Strong communication, organization, and people skills needed.  Must be at intermediate level or higher on Word, Excel and Outlook.


    Must possess good verbal and written communications skills.

    Must work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
