Responsibilities: Kforce is seeking a Compliance Analyst in the New York, New York (NY) area for one of our premier clients. • Manage staff
• Advise and monitor on regulatory rules
• Assist the AML Account Closure team in processing AML initiated customer exits
• Learn the systems and process that the account closure team follows to facilitate the closure of customer accounts
• Assist in any other projects as needed

Job Requirements

Skills:

• 3+ years minimally in the compliance field
• Ability to develop strong relationships; gain the confidence of clients and integrated team as well as team members
• Provide quality service on a day-to-day basis to clients, Product Specialists, and other internal colleagues throughout ultra high net worth/high net worth
• Strong understanding product range and operational processes
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills to assist clients and Product Specialists, resolve issues, and improve overall servicing
• Strong knowledge of quality control techniques and the ability to analyze account documentation issues
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Ability to identify opportunities for service improvements and new business, and follow through to completion, involving Integrated team where necessary
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment and to utilize the tools which are currently available to service clients efficiently
• Ability to take the lead in unstructured situations and ensure an optimal client experience
