PLEASE NO THIRD PARTY VENDORS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Our client, a major financial services organization is searching for a Documentum Support Engineer to be the first point of contact to support a designated business group with responsibility for one or more of the following: root cause analysis, change management, incident management (coaching, documentation, QA, training/cert., oversight of incident ops, governance, tools, process, crisis mgmt), problem management, service improvement, internal/external customer file transmission design, discovery/gathering/documenting of business needs and requirements, business communication.The Documentum Support Engineer will be a technologist for a large data visualization environment and should be fluent in either Documentum or Fatwire. Its highly desired (but not required) that they also have strong knowledge of the Java application servers and web servers that will run these technologies (Apache/tomcat/WebSphere) as well as Spotfire, and QlickView. Strong scripting skills are a plus. In depth knowledge of Load Balancing, High Availability, and clustering set-up and configuration a must.This is a highly visible role for a mission critical project that will interact with both the IT and the Business.
